Paul Whalen joined Schilling Robotics in 2008 as senior vice president of operations. He is responsible for the management of our company’s operations and ensuring that efficiency and quality are inherent in all products and processes through the program management, assembly, fabrication, quality, health and safety, and supply chain departments.
Whalen brought to Schilling over 19 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly management, and operations efficiency. He has served in senior management positions at companies such as Toyota, American Racing Equipment, Inc., and Pentair Pool and Spa, with emphasis on inventory management, production streamlining, quality assurance, and product upgrade efficiencies. His expertise in improving departmental efficiency, inventory management, systematic analysis of operations, streamlining manufacturing, and supply chain processes make him a distinct asset to our operations team.
Whalen earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an M.B.A from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
