Position Summary
The Senior Accountant develops, implements, and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal Entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Revenue Reconciliation. Other duties include; balancing books and preparing profit and loss, income, and balance sheet statements. Monitors and develops monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects. This position may be required to provide record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions. This position may be involved in reviewing, tracking, and maintaining billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations.

- Assist in month-end close processes.
- Accurately report of financial results.
- Works with various types of auditors.
- Supports inquiries from other departments and advice to management.
- Conducts financial variance analysis.
- Prepares and maintains account reconciliations.
- Prepares journal entries.
- Accounts Payable vouchering and review.
Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or relate fields of study.
- Two (2) or more years of working experience at a Sr. Accountant level.
- ERP/MRP system experience.
- GAAP experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Visibility experience
- FAS – Fixed Asset Accounting System.

Position Summary
The Senior Systems/Network Administrator will maintain and troubleshoot existing Windows Server 2003 and 2008 environments, Exchange 2007, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of Cisco internetworking, TCP/IP, routing and switching protocols, DNS, and DHCP. Perform troubleshooting on numerous computer platforms, operating systems, and network topologies across a widely dispersed geographical area.

- Configure, manage and maintain Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and HP-UX.
- Configure, manage and maintain enterprise applications Exchange 2007, Blackberry Enterprise Server, MS SQL 2000/2005, Symantec Endpoint Protection.
- Configure, manage and maintain enterprise web services for IIS, Tomcat, FTP.
- Manage and maintain all Active Directory elements.
- Complete all requests for adds, moves, and changes in a timely manner.
- Minimize network down time through effective monitoring and problem resolution.
- Manage and configure VMWare ESX environment.
- Manage and maintain ShoreTel VOIP phone system.
- Manage and maintain NetApp FAS2050 storage system.
- Confirm Symantec Backup Exec backup processes are completed properly, periodically test restoration of data, and conform to data archive policies.
- Ensure network uptime performance to prevent negative business interruptions in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Monitor and act proactively in the management of network performance, ensuring user acceptable response time.
- Coordinate and communicate actively with all areas of the IT department to ensure effective information flow regarding network upgrades, outages, etc.
- Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems with existing systems including identifying root cause.
- Manage user accounts and perform file system modifications.
- Manage design and architecture of overall server and network security.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform server improvements, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs of network related components.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and able to work with various hardware/software vendors for support and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to Change Control Management policies and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of new vendor releases or software patches.
- Plan and coordinate efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks.
- Create and maintain documentation of process changes, training material, and program functionality.
- May travel up to 20% annually.
- Other applicable duties, as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements
- Five (5) years experience as a Systems/Network Administrator, with increasing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
- Expert knowledge of Exchange 2007.
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco network equipment and internetworking protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- MCSE and/or CCNA highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Barracuda web filter, MxLogic spam filter, and Citrix Access Gateway desirable.
- Good working knowledge of MS SQL 2000/2005.
- Strong project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
